Can Swipni recover deleted files?
No. Once deletion is confirmed through the iOS Photos framework, Swipni cannot recover those items. Keep an iCloud or Finder backup before cleaning if you may need the originals later.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, choose Swipni Photo Cleaner, and follow the cancellation options. Access continues until the current billing period ends.
Does Swipni upload my photos?
No. Photo review and analysis happen on your device. Swipni does not upload your photo or video content to our servers.
What should I do if something is not working?
Confirm that Swipni has photo access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos, restart the app, and install the latest available App Store update.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
